Green Jobs Build Resilient Riverways

VIDEO: Planting a Hopeful Future for the Feather River

Over more than two decades, River Partners has employed more than 1,000 workers, scientists, farmers, and engineers. In 2020 alone, we channeled $15 million in state and federal dollars to local communities, building workforces for ecosystem restoration, flood safety, and climate resilience, while reducing flood and drought pressures on local water supplies.

In this video, see how investment from California’s Department of Water Resources and Three Rivers Levee Improvement Authority in Yuba County are helping communities survive and thrive while giving new life to California ecosystems.
